“Appalling after sales care”

Starting with the positives, the kitchen is of good quality and the items I actually received were undamaged and able to be fitted. The problem is that 10 items were missing, over 10% of the order. After numerous phone calls, at least 30 minutes in duration each, items were delivered on 2 further occasions. These items were also incomplete and no information provided to date as to when the final items will be delivered. What Wrens fail to appreciate is that on the promise of delivery, arrangements are made for fitting and yet this can't be completed because of the failure to adhere to a contract to supply a full kitchen. The customer charter is a mockery and missing items are not always delivered in 10 working days. This adds to an already stressful time, leading to disappointment and potential additional costs. Have been advised today that a manager will be copied into an email to ascertain the whereabouts of missing items as this will ensure a response. This is unacceptable. Add to this that the delivery drivers tore up the grass verge on delivery which is now being investigated by the Council. And all in all I could not recommend the service of Wrens to anyone hoping for a stress free experience.
