Customer Service is non-existent – it’s virtually impossible to contact them, you can’t find an email address anywhere on their Website and they don’t respond to messages sent through their website, and you’d need to be Sherlock Holmes to get a phone number. When you do get through, and if you’ve enough patience to go through laborious automated questions (and if the “robot” eventually understands your regional accent) and you eventually get through to a human being... ...they don’t care. Mustn’t blame the staff though – Management are entirely responsible.
After over 24 years of being a regular consistent and content customer, things have gone downhill so much this past year that I’ve had enough. So have just now closed my Account (lucky for me, only had to wait 13 mins this time to get through to speak to someone...)
