Good Points
Battery life (3-4 days standby), comfort, sound quality, security - this thing does not come off!

Bad Points
Microphone picks up a lot of background noise

General Comments
The Jabra BT500 is a great device for use in a relatively quiet environment. It's comfortable to wear (once you get used to the ear gel!) and is very secure on your head. As with most headsets, it's microphone leaves a lot to be desired. Jabra needs to add a noise-suppression technology it'll be 10/10.
