Hats off to Bose's Marketing Dept. It is here that most of their profits are utilized. Their systems are typically used in high-end automobiles, therefore they must be the best. Right? Not a chance. Much of the technology in speaker design is quite dated. They have already captured the market, so why upgrade. Bottom line. If you need to justify spending more money (often times much more money) to purchase a prestigious label, then treat yourself to Bose. If you're looking for brilliant sound at hundreds if not thousands less, DO SOME RESEARCH!
