General Comments
Lovely setting for a Chinese restaurant - an old country pub that has been totally renovated by the owners. Food is the best Chinese by a long way - most Chinese restaurants serve the same tired old dishes that taste pretty much the same wherever you go. The Wok Inn is a big step up. Have eaten in the evening a couple of times but recently had their £8.95 three course meal lunch. Had chicken with sweetcorn soup, spiced squid starter, then chilli chicken with coriander and sweet/sour prawns as main with rice. Finished with ice cream. Apart from slightly salty squid the rest of the meal was perfection. The people I was with loved it too. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.
