fed up with hearing all the bad comments about supanet, if you really want to find a bad isp try talk talk, I've got freinds who have literally had bad health after months of frustration from problems with talk talk. I've been with Supanet since they started 9 years ago and find them an excellent isp with only a few minor blips, the only fear I have is that Supanet will one day be bought over by a bad provider and if it were talk talk or BT I will go back to smoke signals as a more reliable way of communication.
