I would not rcommend Supanet to my worst enemy. I have marked them at 1 star only because it is not possible to rate any lower. Believe me when I say that if you have anything to do with this company you will regret it. When I signed up with them their service was quite good and was advertised as unlimited, it then nearly doubled in price and they imposed a 30Gb limit, On top of this the speed is deplorable and if anything goes wrong you can contact an incomprehensible indian call centre for £1.00 per minute to speak to a moron who knows less than you and will try to blame BT for all of your problems. Don't believe me? then sign up with them and find out for yourself... you have been warned.
