They did not renew automatically so I shopped around and found a cheaper quote. I then had to ask for proof of no claims status. First phone call they tried to persuade me to change back to them, promised to send the proof and didn't. Called them 9 days later and they said they's send it straight away. 5 days later my new insurers are impatient. I asked the coop to fax it. They said they would and didn't. After 10 days got my piece of paper.Never again.Terrible service.
