Good Points
Overall, the camcorder isn't all that bad!

Bad Points
No software and no "easy" way of transferring any data to my PC. And when asking Panasonic about it, they didn't care and just said "it doesn't come with drivers"

General Comments
Very disappointed. I always used to buy Panasonic goods, purely for value for money.
