After a horrendous car accident, the Co-op paid out within 4 weeks, and the follow up phone calls etc were great - staff were helpful, and they were really kind. I recommended them to several family members who have all had sterling service. The prices have been good too.



After a relative had a dreadful experience with ecar (do NOT under any circumstances go to ecar, they are totally without any idea of customer service and cancel policies as they see fit for no reason) we contacted the Co-op and the immediately, calmly and professionally, sorted out the problem and got the new car insurance up and running within minutes.



Hooray for the Co-op they are wonderful! Totally restored our faith in the ethisc he Co-op stand for.
