I bought a 42" Panasonic HD TV from them and it was delivered the next day. They were the only shop to offer a 5 year guarantee.

I also bought a sony electric toothbrush on the 6 December last year, but unfortunately it broke down on the 27 January. I sent a mail to the service department asking them for a refund and I got a reply the next day to say that my refund had been sent to my bank. I did not even have to sent the faulty goods back.

The service was fantastic which is very rare nowadays, so 10 points for John Lewis.
