I really like using the John Lewis website. It is easy to navigate and the search works well. I bought Christmas gifts for friends and family, finding something for 5 people. Checkout was easy. Goods were delivered on time. No complaints. I later wanted to buy an extra gift set from there. I was worried about asking them to deliver it as I knew that most of the courier companies were really behind from the snow. I went to the checkout hoping to find a 'collect in store' option and was delighted when I found out I could collect the items from my local waitrose which is significantly closer than my nearest John Lewis. Great!
