Extremely good value compared to competitors. Items in the package were deliverd on time. Package price dropped to £1599 just after I had purchased it and johnlewis.com honoured their "Never knowingly undersold" price promise and refunded my £200 very promptly. This was my first major purchase from their website and I have nothing but praise. I would like to thank them all including the customer service team and the delivery team.
