The online delivery to a store is useful, quick and reliable. The returns procedure is inconvient and slow. First you have to send an email saying why you want to return the item then wait...up to a day...to receive a number that you write in the parcel. Next you send back through the post office..ok...JL dont tell you they have received your parcel back and I am still waiting for the money to go back into my account 2 weeks later. I dont even know if they have received the item back. I have kept the proof of postage but its all a hassle.
