Purchased Panasonic DVD recorder. Intermittent problem where it would switch itself on and take over the TV channel being watched. (A minor but irritating fault). Returned to store on a couple of occasions for repair. Problem still persisted so offered full cash refund. Such good service bought a new DVD recorder whilst still in the store. Very helpful staff, took immediate responsibility for sorting out the problem (none of the "you need to/it would be quicker to contact the manufacturer etc.) and recognised and acted when the problem had been going on long enough. Excellent customer service.
