The customer service I have received every time I have called Frontier has been terrible. It is not uncommon at all to wait 15 to 30 minutes on hold when you originally call and again while you are waiting for help. I found the website unhelpful, and the service un helpful. I have been charged for my ticket however no one can look it up, no one has any idea that I have purchased one, and It has been weeks of phone calls, and customer service reps that have no idea what I am talking about to find that I even have paid for a ticket. It is very frustrating, time consuming, and impersonal. I would have like to know before I made the purchase that after I made my purchase, my money would be taken, and I would become invisible.
