I experienced dreadful service, delivery, customer service.
General Comments
Waited 2 weeks for a black electric cooker from www.johnlewis.com. They delivered a stainless steel gas cooker.
Seemed to drag their heels sorting out the mess. Have to now wait for a further 2 weeks for a delivery slot. I feel they have made no attempt to rectify the situation.
