Good Points
Excellent web site.
Prompt and efficient delivery. I was contacted by phone and text with delivery dates, then the driver phoned with the exact time of delivery.

Bad Points
None.

General Comments
I am very impressed with the ease of ordering and efficiency of service at John Lewis, as I am currently into the eighth month of waiting for goods to be delivered from Browns of York. It is refreshing to deal with a store that understands the meaning of customer service.
