Bad Points
None really. To be really fussy, they didn't provide enough spec and information about the laptop on their website. For example, they stated it had 1Gb ram, but didn't state if it was 2 x 512Kb. Not enough image shots.

General Comments
John Lewis is a quality store, and it appears their website also reflects this. At first my card was declined (my card companies fault), and John Lewis called me immediately to let me know. As such, I was able to contact my card company and sort the problem out immediately, without adding to any delays.
