Lakeland site Heaven Holidays

i booked a holiday for a superior caravan for 4 nights and i had to cut it short to two nights. the caravans are filthy and the entertainment is simply waste of time. the place needs extreme makeover and upgrading and when you see people giving it no stars please don't ignore. this is one of the worst sites i have seen and the staff is very very tired looking and also very very rude. worst holiday thanks to heaven holidays. they spoilt my most awiated holiday . being a single parent when you are looking for something in budget and still trying to give your children a good time its such a worst thing when ya are robbed off not only your money but also single holiday in a year coz of this.
