I went to the Berner St branch in London and found the service completely below expectation. The lady serving me was extremely patronizing, looked down her nose at my eighteen year old sister and referred to me (a 33 year old woman) as a "little girl". Having seen the lovely dresses online I was hoping for a special experience, sadly I this was not the case. I've decided to go elsewhere. Shame as lovely store and dresses.
