Good Points
The insurance quote for me was almost £80 cheaper than the quote from my present insurer, and when I called to cancel my policy, the guy I spoke to was really helpful.

Bad Points
Terrible customer service.

General Comments
I quickly realised that generally, 1st Quote car insurance have an appalling level of customer service. My policy documents eventually arrived with several basic errors. For example, my job title was incorrect, and the value of my car was incorrect (ie. not what I entered when obtaining the quotation). On trying to rectify these problems on two separate occasions, I received not a single acknowledgement to any of my e-mails.



In my experience they are not a great company to deal with. Although the premiums are cheap, if you care about how you are treated as a customer I would not recommend this company.
