My parcel failed to arrive after several days, yet several others ordered at the same time from different companies and delivered by different couriers all arrived on time. This order was from a company I've used many times before without issue. Checked tracking and my heart sank - the company had switched couriers to Yodel. I find the parcel is held at my local depot following two failed attempts as no-one in and cards left on both occasions. On both dates someone was in all day and no cards left at my address - which begs the question where was the courier trying to deliver! Spent 10 minutes on the web chat giving full details of my address which the operator assured me would be passed on to the depot. So I'm waiting in today for delivery - check the tracking and find there's a problem with my address and they can't deliver!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Apparently I need to 'chat' to you to clarify, except I can't because all your operators are busy - presumably trying to sort out other peoples problems you've caused.
I will ring my supplier to cancel my account and explain why and arrange to have the items sent back and will buy from another supplier who uses a reliable courier. Yodel - you are absolutely useless - a complete repeat of my last experience with you - everyone else can find my address! With service like this you deserve to go the same way as City Link.
