“The company setup is great, user friendly, staff...”

The company setup is great, user friendly, staff excellent BUT, when I did a comparison transfer direct through my bank and then the same amount with XE.com - it worked out the exact same amount (within $2 actually) so not worth my while - would rather go through my bank.
