I was using the service to transfer money. Unhappy with the fact that they wanted a wire transfer and aren't savvy enough to accept debit or credit cards, I was prepared to let the trade lapse and pay them the cancellation fee. However, due to their own error, the company processed the trade without having received my funds - thus, going against their own policy.
I have yet to receive an apology and have been falsely accused of refusing to pay for the trade. I am currently making a formal complaint.
Don't waste your time on these chuckleheads.
