“We could not take our holiday to Florida in April 2010...”

We could not take our holiday to Florida in April 2010 due to Volcanic Ash we had Apartment and Villa booked dates could not be changed due to hospital & work commitments with other people in our party, plus no dates available to change villa & apartment dates, so sent a claim to Post Office for apartment that I paid for also theme park tickets we had bought and got near enough our money back can't praise them enough made a bad situation a lot better, now have money to book another holiday.
