General Comments
I was trying to justify to myself that I could make good use of this Canon EOS 350D Camera and that the extra expense over a high end digital camera was worth it. Thankfully I was proved right. This camera lacks nothing that a digital camera has, with the added benefit of being able to pick and chose from a wide range of lenses and other accessories already on the market for analogue SLR's. It really is the best of both worlds, OK it is more expensive to start with, but I won't be looking to buy a new camera a few years down the line as I might with a digital fixed lens camera.

If you are like I was, and wondering whether or not to go the digital SLR route, the 350D is an absolute must.

I did look at a Nikon D50, but the feel and performance showed in its lower price, the Canon 350D is quality through and through.
