Good Points
Good reception and clear sound. Well built phone. Keys are just the right size. Tough case-in case you drop your phone. The phone is good for a cheap phone. Better build than Nokia and the menus aren't hard to navigate.
Battery time is acceptable as long as you have the light set to automatic.

Bad Points
The blue light makes the screen hard to look at for long periods. During the day I turn the background light off.
The manual is not very good, however if you fool around with the phone you can figure it out.
The fonts are too small for texting. If you don't text too much then its ok.
The ringer tones aren't loud enough and they sound terrible. High pitch ring is ok though.
You can't hear the message 'tone' very well when a new SMS message comes in. (yes it is set for tone and not 'click'). I don't understand why they don't have better rings tones.

General Comments
I would recommend this phone, but the ringers and display are not as good as they should be.
