Firstly, if style over design is your thing, go ahead buy one, but when it goes wrong, and it will, you're left at the mercy of unhelpful support from F&P in NZ. Secondly, we have had F1 fault twice(flooded machine)told our plate are too big! Constant dirty cups after 99min wash, blockages etc. all this and its only 3yrs old. You've been warned, looks nice, but not a reliable, effective piece of kitchen equipment!
