“Fisher Paykel appear to have a service problem. ”

Fisher Paykel appear to have a service problem.

We have a Fisher Paykel Double Dishdrawer Dishwasher and cannot get an engineer aufait with the product to come to our post code which is LD7 1RE.

TEchnical Support based in Milton Keynes have been out foc - but will not come out to see the service through.

Customer Service in New Zealand have offered a new porduct as their solution - still no answer as to how to obtain service for it!

WE EVEN OFFERED TO PHYSICALLY TAKE THE APPLIANCE TO A SERVICE CENTRE - AND GAVE A CENTRAL BIRMINGHAM [2nd UK city] POST CODE FOR NEW ZEALAND TO SEARCH UPON - AND STILL NO SOLUTION PROPOSAL WAS OFFERED BY THE COMPANY.

Can anybody help please.
