I booked my car with Airparks Birmingham for 2 weeks in October. When I collected the car on 16th October I found my Sat Nav holder was missing from the glove box. The inside of the car just was not the way I left it, things were scattered everywhere.
Not only was my Sav Nav holder missing, both nearside tyres were deflated. The staff were very helpful and brough a portable tyre inflator, and were quick to complete a complaints form which they told me was faxed to the "Customer Service department".
That is where it ends. 3 weeks and two emails later I still have had no response from Airparks. Finally I rang the 0800 number on their website and after a long descussion was told I needed to call Airparks Birmingham. After another lengthy conversation, and getting nowhere, the only response was email "Customer Services". I finally spoke with the chap who took the original report. During all these conversations I repeated asked for a phone number for their "Customer Service Department". What a waste of time. I could go on, but long story short.. Don't book Airparks. Having read other reports Airparks do not have a customer service department and are not interested in talking to you after they take your money.
