Very clear where the results come from.
Now offers a shopping directory with approved merchants.

Bad Points
An extra step is needed to get to the results

General Comments
I mostly use ask jeeves when I want to explore several sources of information or I suspect the info will be hard to find. They always seem to provide the right answers and provide comprehensive choices for the consumer.
