General Comments
Hi, I have had the Sony NW-HD3 Mp3 player for 1 year now. I bought it from one of Dixons high street stores. After one week I had to exchange it for another one. I found the transferring of music files very awkward as you had to upload them onto Sonicstage. This took quite sometime to do. After 5 months the players hard disk stopped working, so I was unable to listen to any music. A couple of weeks later I sent it back to Sony, where they said they could only repair the MP3 player.

When the Sony player returned I was able to use the player again, apart from the battery life had gone down to about 6 hours of playing time. The playing time was supposed to be 30 hours. 5 months later I got a letter from Sony saying that the gurantee on the player had run out. 2 weeks later the player broke down again, and I knew that I would have to pay about £70 to repair it. When I thought their was no point in paying the costs for it to just break down again. So this has left me with no music for my next holiday where I will desperately need my music.
