I have paid my insurance like many others and had to take my cat to the vet prior to Christmas to have a small growth removed, my claim was sent on the 3rd January and to date i have not received any cheque just lots of excuses, twice i was told that the cheque had been sent, now it turns out that they have only just e mailed my vet for some more information. i now have to wait until next Wednesday to see if and when i will be paid.
