Prices are good, The web site is slick and it has the ability to keep you informed of your order along the way.
Bad Points
Returns policy seems very poor. I have a DOA DVD unit which they say has not been received. It's been 12 days now and I am awaiting a response after emailing them a scan of my signed delivery receipt. I'm off to my local shop for my next purchase as their returns policy is just not up to scratch.
