unbelievably infuriating customer service. i wish i had read the reviews on here before placing my order with them! i made a mistake (chose gloss instead of matt prints) and called customer service to make the change only 10 minutes after my oder was placed. i was told the order would be cancelled, i would be refunded, and i could make a new and correct order. my order was never cancelled, i emailed customer service and they told me that i could not ammend my order once it was placed (despite that their website states that you can ammend orders within two hours of when they are placed) and i have had three unhelpful emails that told me, basically, tough s***, we are not refunding you or changing your order! unbelievable. i will NEVER look to use them again.
