Avoid Direct Line insurance at all costs. They have lost various correspondance sent to them from our vets. Claim they have made phone calls to our vets which they have not. Thye fabricated facts and delayed at every stage possible they do not have to payout.
Wish I had never took a policy out with them. Have now cancelled the policy and having serious doubts about approaching another insurer for any future non-related claims.
