Alright maybe it can be from time to time a little bit late but come on! I got a return journey from London to Leeds for under £5 everytime i use megabus whereas compared to national express i have to pay £10+ with the train being 8 times the national express price at £80... it saves me a lot of money per year and is just as comfortable as national express, i travel up to Leeds once every 2 weeks by megabus so I am aware of the lateness of megabus, hence the 4 star rating.
But please if you are looking for a cheap bargain in such economic conditions where your wallet is feeling lighter, for those long haul journeys.. TAKE THE MEGABUS!
