I have had to make multiple claims on my policy for my dog.
SHe has had two major operations.
Everything was dealt with over the phone and the claims settled promptly.
The only isue is that my vet ONLY takes direct payment from ONE insurer (seeminly on the basis of FSA regulation which is rubbish) which means that I had to pay up front and get the money back but this inst the insurers fault- its the vets.
Even after a claim, you would expect the premiums to rise but I found the rise in premium very very reasonable.
