I was trying to book on line in the middle of night on Sunday.The system took the money BUT NO Ticket! They gave number to contact which does not work and their complaint email for citilink is bouncing back from last week. I had to ring again today paying 10P per minute to get refund and go through long list of items to get to correct division at my cost. I had to book in National express immediately to catch another bus to London.
