i have used megabus a few times and having read some of the reviews, i have to defend megabus on some. firstly about the toilets on some journeys the drivers tell us that the toilet is for liquids only and not to put to much paper down at a time and definately no towels, so why do you get the ignorant people who think oh a toilet, mess and smell the bus out then put half a toilet roll down, then complain when its blocked, surely not megabus's fault, even when the drivers don't tell us it's common sense you ignorant people. secondly the buses are fairly new and are as comfy as you can expect for a budget service, in other words you know if you've any sense that the way they make money is by the wheels to keep moving hense no refreshment breaks, they just keep changing drivers, this is on the t&c's, if you dont want to read them your problem, who in there right mind is going to expect a first class service for pittance, oh by the way toilets on national express do get blocked also by the same inconsiderate people. to finnish off noone forces anyone to use megabus so if you dont like it dont use it. funny how they are always fully booked on the london-scotland routes though isn't it.
