If I could put 0 for a rating I would! The customer service of this company is shocking.
I was given an installation date....booked time off work no one came...phoned the next day and I was told I wouldn't have been given that date!!! Asked to speak to a mamager he refused to put me through to one he argued with me for 20 minutes then terminated the call!
I phoned again and aother person said that I was infact given the date I'd waited in for and doesn't know why no one showed.
I've sent numerous e-mails asking for an investigation on the way a member of customer services spoke to me and keep being told that due to data protection I won't get any information regards the outcome of the investigation (if indeed there is an investigation).
The only benefit of post office home phone is that you don't have to wait 12 months to cancel...so as 02 have recently launched a home phone I'll be switching to them who I always have great customer care from when it comes to my broadband and mobile.
