I bought an extrema A391 a couple years ago and I really enjoy it for goose/duck and turkey. It cycles larger shells very well, however after a goose hunt this fall we did a grouse hunt and I was shooting 2 3/4 light "bird shot" and it jammed. I clean the gun fairly frequently, I would guess that the bird shot was a little to light to cycle the gun. But overall, I am very pleased with this gun.
