Rented a property with William H Brown, the tenancy ended on the 7th November, we moved well in advance of this date, and awaited to hear from them regarding the handing over of keys, and check out report. We had a phonecall on the 8th from the company who carries out the inventory, wanting to do the check out on the 9th, we asked if we could change the date due to work commitments and was informed that the new tenants were moving in on the 10th!!.....After endless phonecalls from us to the estate agents we finally received the check out report on th 4th December....and as of yet we are still awaiting our deposit!!!....Very unhappy with service and certainly wouldnt recommed them!
