“What a complete waste of time. No feedback, staff...”

What a complete waste of time. No feedback, staff unhelpful, valued house then kept telling us to reduce the price, in the end £30,000 below their original figure, it has now been with them 12 months with very little response, and I can't find my house on any of their supposed search engines.

They say they'll ring back when querying, but never do. I would recommend NOT to use them. An estate agent is supposed to be acting for the seller,

( that's what one pays them for ) not the buyer, which is what they are more interested in, just to get their commission.
