General Comments
We had very bad experience in megabus... the bus was supposed to leave at 1.15am and it didn't turn up, no information from megabus, poor customer service, waited till 5am. Also, they have taken the money easily but to refund it will take 30 long days, this is ridiculous.
They need to improve customer services. Amtrak returned the money immediately.
