I am so angry. I would have given them NO STARS AT ALL!!!!! We went with this company one year ago now and feel that they have not put ANY EFFORT into selling our property or provided us with any of the much promised feedback. They would have charged stupid rates of commission too (if they'd actually bothered to sell the house), and they've not sent anybody around to view now for over four months. To kick us in the teeth, they've now sent us a bill for withdrawing our house from their property listings for £180, which they never told us about when they signed us up, but it is in the very small print on the back of the agreement unfortunately:( ...AND according to their letter the £180 payment is actually due on the day that they issued this letter (yesterday); it also states that they reserve the right to charge interest for late payment (so as this letter only arrived with us today,the payment is already one day late!!!!). DON'T use them if you're wise...For us a very hard lesson learned for us. One in both time and money that we couldn't afford to learn!!! BEWARE!!!!
