DO NOT USE CONNELLS!!!! THEY WANT MONEY FROM YOU EVEN IF THEY DON'T SELL YOUR HOUSE!!!



If I could have put no stars I would. We had been on the market with Connells since May last year and in that time we did have about 10 viewings but that was only in the first couple of months. Since September we have had 1 viewing. We have been with another estate agents since Monday and have 6 viewings already this week!!



Now we have receieved an invoice from Connells for £180!!! which they did not inform us about. They say it's a withdrawal fee so basically if you sign up with Connells you basically have to stay with them until they do sell your house (even if it takes years!!).



I definitely would not recommend Connells to anyone
