We have a booking for a hotel in Jersey for 4 nights starting tonight through bmi baby hotels run by last minute.com - as our flight has been cancelled, I am trying to ring Last Minute.com to see if I can amend our booking -

As per their website, I am ringing their customer helpling.



Each time I ring - ALL THAT HAPPENS IS "THE OTHER PERSON HAS HUNG UP" AFTER 3 MINUTES.



Very frustrating - am close to giving up
