Lloyds TSB offshore services is terrible. Do yourself a favor and avoid this at all costs. It took me 3 months just for them to mail me my online pin, and today, some 5 months later, it STILL doesn't work. Their online banking is non-existent, and you will never know how much is in your account. The customer service is completely shoddy too-- their phone representatives are completely unhelpful, and all you do is incur massive phone charges because they have you on hold the entire time. I wish I never opened this account, and I'm trying to transfer my money out of it ASAP so that I can close it.
